Accurate information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct mobile number, location, address and instructions, and for identifying delicate items, stains or special requirements.

Items and suitable care methods are reviewed using available information and care labels. Important exceptions are discussed when the order is confirmed.
Pricing, timing and payment
Prices and timing are final only after team confirmation. Express service is subject to availability. Bank transfers remain pending until the receipt is verified, and website card payment is not currently active.
